Our whipped cream cleanser is designed to prepare eyebrows and eyelashes for brow shaping or tinting procedures. This cleanser effectively degreases the skin and the eyebrow and eyelash hairs, and also helps to fix the added dye. This allows the cleansing to penetrate the eyebrow and eyelash hairs. Overall the hairs will become stronger, with more elasticity, whilst protecting them from fragility due to nutrients infused in our unique formula!
